I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my last five orders from Pho Tre Bien Café being consistently wrong, I feel it's important to share my experience. Every order has had missing or incorrect items, and until today I was never able to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, when I finally did, the interaction wasn't helpful. The manager initially told me he personally packed my order and that it included rice. However, after I explained that the Uber Eats menu stated rice was included with the meal, he changed his response and said rice doesn't come with it. That inconsistency made it seem like there wasn't a clear understanding of their own menu. To make matters worse, I paid extra for additional bread, and it was missing from my order as well. So not only was the rice missing, but the extra bread I paid for wasn't included either. Customer service has consistently lacked accountability. Instead of acknowledging repeated mistakes and making them right, I was left feeling dismissed. If you order from this location—especially through a delivery service like Uber Eats—be very cautious. Very disappointed, I’ve been coming here for a few years.. yesterday I ordered the chargrilled beef vermicelli plate, I’ve had it here multiple times. Lots of burnt pieces I had to pick out and the portion was not up to par. The few pieces that were edible were tiny. Seems as if the grill was dirty so it was overly charred. Fish sauce was bland could barley taste it. I chose to end a 4 day fast with this, so you can imagine how upset I was. Won’t be returning.

This place is really falling off. It’s usually not bad but tonight we received sour and raw lumpia. I also received a sad portion of the charbroiled pork. I ordered and paid for extra meat, but I did not receive it. If I did, then I don’t want to see what the normal portion is supposed to look like. The vermicelli noodles had a sour taste, similar to what food tastes like when left out at room temperature for too long. Fish sauce is too salty, can’t use much to pour over the bun thit. Disappointing.

The rare steak pho was really good and the portion was pretty big, enough for two people. We also liked the spring rolls, and my son enjoyed his boba drink. It was nice and quiet when we went. Would definitely come back.

We ordered spring rolls and charbroiled pork. The spring rolls only had half a slice of pork. Half the roll was just noodles and cucumber. The slice of pork was super thin. The charbroiled pork dish had about 4 oz of shaved pork. For the price, it's definitely not worth it. It's mostly rice, a little salad, and less meat. The flavors are good, but it's definitely not worth it. There's better places around. They would have more of my business if they either, a) provided adequate portions for the price, or b) lowered prices in accordance with portions. In conclusion, this place is mid and definitely not worth the cost. They would have more business if they were priced fairly. There were only 3 tables working at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
